Every BHPP participating physician is required to meet the below engagement measures to qualify for shared savings incentives:
- Download and engage with BHPP Connect communication app.
- Attend 4 virtual BHPP meetings.
- Complete the annual BHPP Engagement Survey.
BHPP Connect is BHPPs new communication tool. The smartphone app allows physicians to skip the cluttered email box, overflowing from multiple sources, and get pertinent information while not interfering with patient care. It provides a way for BHPP to communicate to the right staff with the right information at the right time. In BHPP, Physicians are our partners. This new tool creates a closed loop of communication which means that we can receive real-time feedback.
